    Day 2 : Day 2: Narmada River
    The Narmada River is one of the holiest rivers in India and is often called the “Lifeline of Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.” Flowing through central India into Gujarat, it is home to the Sardar Sarovar Dam and the world’s tallest statue, the Statue of Unity. The river is worshipped by devotees and also provides scenic boat cruises, eco-tourism, and cultural experiences along its banks.

    The Tapi River flows westward across central India and passes through Surat, Gujarat’s diamond city. It is one of only three major rivers in peninsular India that flows from east to west into the Arabian Sea.
