Day Wise Itinerary

  1. 1
Day 1 : Day 1: Maa Bamleshwari Devi Temple
he Maa Bamleshwari Devi Temple is one of the most revered Shakti shrines in Chhattisgarh, located atop a hill in Dongargarh. Devotees climb around 1,000 steps (or use a ropeway) to reach the temple, which offers a divine atmosphere and panoramic views of the surrounding hills and forests. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Bamleshwari, a form of Goddess Durga, and attracts thousands of pilgrims, especially during Navratri festivals, when grand fairs and celebrations are held.
  2. 2
    Day 2 : Day 2: Danteshwari Temple,
The Danteshwari Temple, located in Dantewada, is one of the 51 Shakti Peethas in India. It is dedicated to Goddess Danteshwari, the presiding deity of Bastar. The temple is believed to be the spot where the tooth (danta) of Goddess Sati fell, giving the place its name. With its ancient architecture, sacred rituals, and cultural significance, the temple is a major pilgrimage site, especially during the famous Bastar Dussehra festival, celebrated with unique tribal traditions.
  3. 3
    Day 3 : Day 3:
The Shri Rajiv Lochan Mandir, located in Rajim, is an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Built in the 7th century, it is renowned for its splendid stone carvings and architectural style, representing the excellence of ancient Indian craftsmanship. The temple is situated at the holy confluence of the Mahanadi, Pairi, and Sondur rivers, making it a spiritually significant site. Every year, the Rajim Kumbh Mela draws thousands of devotees and saints for religious gatherings and rituals.
  4. 4
Day 4 : Day 4: End of the journey
Our adventure through the heart of India—Chhattisgarh—has come to a close, leaving us enchanted by its untouched beauty and tribal heritage. From the roaring Chitrakote Falls (India’s Niagara) to the mystical Bastar forests, from the vibrant tribal markets of Raigarh to the ancient temples of Sirpur, every moment has been a discovery. The rhythmic beats of Pandwani folk songs, the flavors of Chhattisgarhi cuisine (like faraa, aamat, and chousela), and the warmth of its people have made this journey unforgettable. As we bid farewell to this land of "छत्तीसगढ़िया संस्कृति और हरियाली" (Chhattisgarhi Culture & Greenery), we take back memories of lush jungles, cascading waterfalls, and timeless traditions.
